Q: Am I expected to prepare for the retreat?
We will send a quick profile sheet asking a few questions about your career track so we can tailor the content as much as possible to each attendee.
Just bring your smart sophisticated self! If you own a pair of red heels we would love to see women wearing them at our evening events. However, this is entirely optional.
Q:What will we talk about during the Speed Networking and Masterminding breakouts?
All of the topic areas will incorporate the In Our Shoes Gutsy Leadership Program which is proven to have you advance to a higher-level role, taking on more leadership by attracting management. Results from the program and more specific information is found here. You will walk away with complimentary cheat sheets and excercises already delivered in the Home Study program to continue your career-move goals. Once we receive your profile form, we will customize the content around common areas the attendees wish to dive into.
Q: Where can I see Testimonials?

Q: What is the Refund / Cancellation policy? 
In Our Shoes retreats are kept small to allow for intimate and powerful exchange amongst attendees to make the most of the education shared. Therefore a cancellation is a seat closed for someone that otherwise would have attended the event. We also have committed with the resort on payment that your room was reserved for you as well. However, we want to do our best to work with you. Our events are sometimes wait listed. If we are able to secure a new registration to replace your seat, we will absolutely refund 100% of your payment. If not, we will issue you a credit towards a future event at any time or if you perhaps may know of someone who may be interested, they can take your seat as well. You can also use your credit towards any products offered by us – you have our guarantee.
